1. services provided

Australia Tour and Taxi Services provides:

  • Taxi and point-to-point transport
  • Airport and hotel transfers
  • Sightseeing and day tours
  • Private and group tours
  • Luxury chauffeur services
  • Event and corporate transport

2. bookings & payments

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, email or authorised booking platforms.

Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

A booking is only confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged by us.

3. accuracy of information

You are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including:

  • Pickup location and time
  • Flight details (for airport transfers)
  • Passenger numbers
  • Contact information

We are not responsible for service issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

4. changes & cancellations

Booking changes and cancellations are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation fees apply only where permitted under Australian Consumer Law.

No cancellation fees apply where a consumer guarantee has not been met.

5. your rights under australian consumer law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or remedy if a service:

  • Is not delivered as agreed
  • Is substantially different from what was booked
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose
  • Is not provided within a reasonable time

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

6. delays, waiting time & no-shows

Waiting time charges may apply if a passenger is not ready at the agreed pickup time.

For airport pickups, reasonable waiting time is included, subject to flight details being provided correctly.

A No-Show occurs when the passenger fails to appear without notice, and fees may apply in line with our cancellation policy.

7. passenger responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Comply with Australian road safety laws
  • Wear seatbelts at all times
  • Treat drivers, vehicles and equipment respectfully
  • Ensure children use appropriate child restraint seats as required by law

We reserve the right to refuse service where passenger behaviour is unsafe, abusive or unlawful.

8. luggage & personal belongings

Luggage limits depend on vehicle type and must be disclosed at booking.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in vehicles, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist recovery.

9. vehicles & substitutions

Vehicles shown on the website are indicative only.

We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of similar or higher standard if required due to availability or operational reasons.

10. force majeure

We are not liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Road closures or accidents

In such cases, we will act fairly and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

11. limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

Website content is provided for general information only.

You must not misuse, copy or reproduce website content without written permission.

We may update website content and pricing at any time without notice.

13. privacy

Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
